A Little About Me

I love making things sound emotional, exciting, and sometimes a little messy. I spend my time chasing thumping drums and distorted guitars placed in the most natural landscape possible.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve obsessed over the craft of record making, developing a frame of reference for most sounds across multiple genres and decades. That perspective helps me nudge a song in any direction it needs to go, while keeping its own unique identity, NOT something that fits a template.

Whether producing or mixing, I’m using the same part of my brain that loves finishing records. Hearing what needs to happen to make the music in front of me exactly what we want it to be in the world. (or as close as possible)
